Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Russia

Sofya Silina | Commercial Director

Sofya spent six years working in the service industry after graduating from the foreign language faculty of the Pedagogical University. She joined Quintessentially Russia when it was established in 2006, bringing with her language skills and an expertise built up over six years. Sofya has two children and in her spare time loves travelling, especially if it involves the thrill of discovering and learning about new places.

Kirill Ryabkov | Head of Marketing & Partner Relations

Kirill graduated from the International Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism. Before joining Quintessentially, he worked as a Rooms Supervisor at the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow hotel. Kirill also has extensive experience in lifestyle management. He likes travel, fine dining and visiting great art shows.

Igor Logunov | Elite Account Manager

Igor joined Quintessentially last year as a Member Assistant, proving himself to be both professional and responsible. Before joining he lived in New York for two years where he honed his skills while working for one of the finest restaurants in the city. Igor has diverse interests ranging from tennis to modern Russian musicians. He also has a passion for all the latest luxury technology gadgets.

Ksenia Erol | Dedicated Account Manager

Ksenia joined Quintessentially Moscow in 2006 after four years of working in the event industry. She graduated from The Moscow State Art Academy with an honors degree in Graphic Art. She has a special degree in English from the Moscow State Language University, and is interested in art, music and literature. Ksenia likes teaching private art lessons to children, as it has taught her to be patient, helpful and friendly all the time.

Gennady Molchanov | Chief Executive Officer

Born in Moscow, Gennady has remained in his native city throughout his career. He brings twenty years worth of management experience, honing his skills at a diverse range of large Russian corporations, including the Government of the Russian Federation, Commersant Publishing and the Izvestiya Newspaper. Most recently, Gennady was at the helm of Victoria, the children’s welfare fund, and is now delighted to be joining Quintessentially.
