Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Mexico

Alejandro Lopez | CEO Co Founder

After graduating from business school, Alejandro spent the last 20 years in marketing; initially working for the majority of his careers with leading consumer corporations - such as Unilever and PepsiCo. He then started and built his own marketing services firm. With his extensive experience, Alejandro established Quintessentially in Mexico bringing his knowledge and experience to the fore. In his spare time, he loves movies and reading and travelling with his wife and three kids.

Alberto Acosta | CFO Co Founder

Alberto arrives at Quintessentially from a music background having spent 16 years developing and promoting Latin music throughout America and Europe. Born to a family that has been part of the entertainment industry for 60 years, it was only natural that he too specialize within this field. Later, Alberto launched a marketing agency where he has been connected to music through new products and new technologies. With a great social network, Alberto will add an invaluable dimension to Quintessentially in Mexico.

Monica Villarreal | Head of Elite Team

Born in Southern California and raised in Mexico City, Monica is a passionate and self motivated individual with more than eight years experience in the private banking business. Monica achieved considerable success with her event production company within four years of its creation. During this period, she gained invaluable knowledge of the luxury sector which has allowed her to develop a well-connected professional and social network. She arrives at Quintessentially with a wealth of business and interpersonal skills.

Miguel Senderos | Head of Marketing and Sales

After graduating with a marketing degree, Mike started working in the hotel industry at the Mayan Riviera. Unsurprisingly, with his love for travel, he has lived and worked in Sydney, Australia. Before joining Quintessentially, Miguel worked in the marketing department for Colgate Palmolive in Mexico City. He enjoys new cultures, parties and loves having a good time.

Monica Brogeras | Head of Operations and Business Development

Monica was born, and has lived most of her life, in Mexico City. After finishing high school, she spent a few months backpacking through Europe. Back in Mexico, she started studying Hotel Management at CESSA Universidad. Monica resided in Lausanne, Switzerland as well as in Houston, Texas where she continued her education through exchange programs. During her student years, she took on internships in Sheraton, Melia, Les Moustaches Restaurant and The Fairmont. Movies, traveling, food (eating as well as cooking) and learning (even the most trivial things) are among her biggest passions.

Monica Monsalve | Elite Member Assistant

Mónica was born in Mexico City. After finishing high school, she started studying Tourist Administration at the Universidad Anahuac. During her student years, she took on internships in Fiesta Americana, Fonatur and in several Travel Agencies. She then moved into the hotel industry at Marriott and over the years has acquired a high level of experience throughout the world of tourism, lending her a strong foundation for a successful career at Quintessentially.

Maribel Perez Ordonez | Membership & Corporate Relations Manager

Born in Mexico City, Maribel ha lived in different cities across the United States and also Switzerland, allowing her to experience a wide range of cultures and develop her language skills.

She has a degree in communications and extensive experience in the PR industry where she worked for high end international companies including HP, Microsoft, Henkel, Unilever, Danone and Tag Heuer. Maribel has also worked as a host on radio and television stations in major media groups including Televisa and Radio Centro.

In her free time Maribel enjoys pursuing her passion for health and beauty, as a trained therapist she enjoys discovering new treatments and techniques from across the world.

Maribel's experience in the corporate communications world, combined with her concern for the physical and emotional health of individuals, allows her to provide unparalleled service to Quintessentially Members.

Elizabeth Alvarado | Member assistant

Elizabeth was born in Mexico City. After high school she lived in Barcelona, Spain for 6 months, during which time she had the opportunity to travel to other countries in Europe. She studied Tourism Administration at Anahuac University in Mexico City and interned at Hotel Camino Real Perinorte, Mundo Joven travel agency and in Imagina - an event planner company. One year after graduating Elizabeth made the decision to try something new and went to Cancun, working for about 2 years at Azul Sensatori by Karisma, then moving to F&B where she gained valuable sales experience. “We have to take the best of all good and bad experiences; the important thing here is to learn as much as we can”.

Ash Andraca | Events and PR Manager

After studying languages in a number of different countries, Ash settled in Mexico City to study International Hotel Management. Beginning her career working for the Presidente InterContinental, which she saw as a ‘mini-city that never sleeps’, and simultaneously finding time to study Image Design, Ash developed two strong yet differing passions in life – service and fashion. Joining Quintessentially has allowed Ash to combine these two great loves into one job, for which she is extremely grateful. Aside from Quintessentially, Ash loves nothing more than to spend time with her family and friends.
