Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Lebanon

Brahms Chouity | Director of Operations

A serial-entrepreneur, Brahms has started-up and managed several companies before falling in love with Quintessentially, that now occupies the largest portion of his time. He is a graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, holding a ‘Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Hotel Management’, as well as the reputable degree of ‘Economiste d’Entreprise’, and a CMA. As Director or Operations, Brahms is in charge of driving the Quintessentially Levant office forward, ensuring its local expansion and managing the operations of the branch.

Tina Najjar | Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator

After earning her degree in Hotel Management from the Hotel Institute of Montreux, Tina contributed in setting up a hospitality investment company in the Middle East. She is now joining Quintessentially as Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator, making available her many years of experience in designing and arranging luxury getaways for family and friends. Her favorite destinations include the romantic villages of Italy’s North, as well as the elusive Parisian fashion quarters, where she can be seen spending most her time…and money.

Albena Najjar | Member Assistant

An experienced communications & public relations manager, Albena holds a B.A. degree in Communication Arts and Journalism from the Lebanese American University. She has strong customer service and administrative skills, always coupled with an incessant smile and relentless positive attitude. Albena likes to think of herself as an optimist who loves socializing, traveling and new friends.

Chantal Barkha | Ask Q Assistant

Ambitious, energetic and quite simply full of life, Chantal is always looking to improve her skills and learn new things. After eight years of experience in the administrative and managerial fields at a luxury beauty centre, Chantal decided to extend her knowledge of all things beautiful, but this time in a different way. Joining Quintessentially was an exciting but entirely natural decision.
