Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Ivory Coast

Ismael Thiam | CEO

Ismael Thiam is Purdue University graduate from the class of ’02 and holds a Bachelor degree in management and MIS. He also holds a minor in finance. After working for six years in commodities trading at ED&F MAN as a Commercial Director, Ismael joined his family’s holding IPN Group as the Deputy Managing Director. The group's main activities are farming, meat distribution, rubber export, palm oil processing and real estate and hold assets in various banks and a major mobile operator in Cote d’Ivoire. He is now the CEO of Quintessentially Cote d’Ivoire and various other African regions, where he is responsible for the company’s expansion, activities and corporate development.

Charlotte N'Douffou | Marketing and Sales Executive

Charlotte obtained an Engineer Diploma in International Trade & Marketing From Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët -Boigny (Ivory Coast). She has about six years experience in market intelligence, marketing & communication strategies and business development. She worked also in Advertising, PR and Events fields.After a previous rewarding career in a communication agency as the Head Manager of strategy & business development, she joined the Quintessentially team.She enjoys gospel music, art & deco, fashion, playing the piano in an orchestra, travelling, meeting new people and reading marketing & advertising magazines.

She has about six years experience in market intelligence, marketing & communication strategies and business development. She worked also in Advertising, PR and Events fields.

After a previous rewarding career in a communication agency as the Head Manager of strategy & business development, she joined the Quintessentially team.

She enjoys gospel music, art & deco, fashion, playing the piano in an orchestra, travelling, meeting new people and reading marketing & advertising magazines.

Aristide Kouassi | Supplier Relations Manager

After a business studies at Pigier Business School (Ivory Coast), he obtained an IATA Diploma from Sanya Consulting.

Before joining Quintessentially, he worked in communication and tourism fields where he gained some invaluable experience in customer service as well as developing great interpersonal skills, that will prove useful in her current role of Supplier Development.

He enjoys music, traveling, fashion, sport, shopping and meeting new people.

Johanna Anin | Member Assistance

Johanna graduated from the Institut National Polytechnique Felix Houphouet Boigny in Yamoussoukro, Cote d'Ivoire, with a Post-bachelor's Diploma in International Communications. She is dedicated, hard-working, pleasant and professional, with career aspirations in the Public Relations sector. Johanna is delighted with her position as a Member Assistant at Quintessentially, most specifically gaining valuable experience in Customer Relationship Management, as well as further developing her communication skills. She enjoys travelling, meeting new people and discovering new cultures.

Barboza N'DRI | IT Support

Barboza is enamored of computers and new technologies. After an Advanced Certificate in electronics he gained 12 years experience in IT. He has been at the heart of IT departments as well as experiencing different facets of IT as a Project Manager for international companies. His fascination with all things new and innovative drives him to discover evolving technologies. He joined the Quintessentially team as IT Support.

Barboza is summed up by two key words: willingness and enthusiasm. He also enjoys football and nightlife.
