Italian born and a fluent English speaker, Laura has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and has spent considerable time in the US and London. Prior to her arrival at Quintessentially where began her career in the company as an administration manager for Quintessentially Publishing, she was an events coordinator and reception manager for a Michelin-starred restaurant in London’s Marylebone district. She also took care of members for over three years at the renowned Surrey golf course– Walton Heath Golf Club. She moved to work on the AskQ London team before moving back to Italy in July 2008 where she joined Quintessentially Milan. In her spare time, she loves to travel particularly to New York, has a passion for Frank Sinatra, vintage red wine and of course, pasta. She loves reading biographies and legal thrillers.

Francesca was born 23 years ago in Milan and received an MA in the arts. Before landing in Quintessentially Italy as Head of Tickets, she gained strong experience in in events management, specialising in putting on sporting events.   Her fresh approach to life gives her the edge in the luxury concierge industry, a unique something that helps her liaise successfully with our members and puts a big smile on everyones face. Francesca enjoys travel, music, sports (skiing in particular) and makes sure she leaves time to persue a host of other interests.
