Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Design & IT Team

Howard Li | Reporting and IT Manager

Howard was born and raised in China but moved to United States at the age of eight. Having been first introduced to the world of computers in his high school years, Howard has been fascinated by the ever-growing computer industry ever since. He now is putting his passion to great use at Quintessentially whilst simultaneously pursuing a Masters Degree in Computer Science. Howard loves to cook and is avid weightlifter.

Julian Luskin | Group Creative Director

Julian has had over 10 years of experience in the creative industry, and is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and brand management for Quintessentially. Born in Austria, a large portion of his life has been spent living in the United States before eventually moving to the UK in early 2009 to start working with Quintessentially.

Jason Friedman | Global Head of IT

With 17 years experience in IT, Jason’s skills are vital to Quintessentially. He is responsible for IT projects and ensures the ITC systems work efficiently in our offices all over the world. Luckily he loves it - his fascination with all things new and innovative drives him to discover evolving technologies. Jason leads the helpdesk team across three continents who together give us 24-hour ‘Follow the Sun’ support.

Tom Carman | Global CRM Support

Tom has grown up in various locations of the UK, but has now settled in London. He has always been an early adopter of new technology and likes all things innovative. Tom joined Quintessentially in May 2010 as IT Support, and has since moved into CRM Support. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, good coffee, and photography.

Ryan Ng | IT Support, Asia-Pacific

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ryan loves water sports and spending time by the sea. A global nomad, he likes to travel and escape the city when he can. Supporting Quintessentially’s offices in Asia for 4 years, he is a self-confessed IT addict who firmly believes in the power of technology to make our lives easier.

Radoslav Lesay | IT Support, US

Rado was born in Slovakia, Europe but now lives and studies in New York. He loves all new technological inventions and constantly wants to have the latest computer models in his hands. He has a wide range of interests in many areas of IT and before joining Quintessentially he worked for a few other IT companies in Europe and the USA. He also loves classical singing, which he studies in New York, and photography.
