Belinda Yabsley | CEO, Australia / New Zealand

Belinda’s cheeky personality, combined with her midas touch, led to a meteoric rise within the prestige automotive industry in Australia – one which had her named Sydney Businesswoman of the Year in 2005. A well respected motivational speaker in nine countries, a co-author of several books and a black belt martial artist, Belinda's true passion lies in assisting organisations across many industries tap into the zeitgeist that powers customers’ attitudes, desires and trends. It is therefore no surprise that she has ended up working with a world-leading business such as Quintessentially.

Boyd Fraser | General Manager

Boyd started his professional career with the Estée Lauder corporation and remained in the industry for several years managing and training teams. A change in 2000 saw Boyd enter the real estate sector, where he managed sales offices and established himself as a leading auctioneer and sales trainer. With over 20 years’ experience under his belt, Boyd’s hardworking, down to earth and friendly manner has made him a popular choice for a broad range of clients including celebrities, artists and musicians. Boyd thrives on the rewarding and often challenging nature of providing clients with service excellence, balancing this with an active lifestyle and family life with 2 growing daughters. His interests include surfing, rugby and horses, which he has loved since he was a young boy.

Caterina Pellegrini | Member Assistant

Hailing from Rimini in Italy, Caty came to Australia to study for an International Business and Law degree at Sydney University. Fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish, she has travelled extensively across Europe and South America and has also lived in London and Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. Caty has a real passion for the art of photography, having previously worked as a professional fashion and lifestyle photographer across Europe, and her bubbly personality is ideal for the VIP Quintessentially concierge suite located in the new Westfield Sydney Shopping Centre. In her spare time, Caty loves soaking up the Australian sunshine, whipping up her family’s favourite tiramisu, exploring Sydney’s latest bars and restaurants and splashing around with Sydney’s synchronised swimming club.
